Adversity……
Within our struggles lies the essential wisdom we all need to become the kind of person we hope to become, to nurture the kind of team or organization we envision.
This adversity deserves whatever time and energy is needed to glean the fullest possible benefit. Everyday greatness requires harnessing adversity, when you use it to elevate yourself and others for some tangible gain……that’s using your adversity for the better.
I didn't write it down but I believe this is from Eric W. from NTC Atlanta. I would say he is a master at harnessing adversity!
