Well, I purchased yet another cookbook ... I have many but felt like some new inspiration might be good.
I have made two of the recipes and both were superb!
Eggs Benedict on Portabello Mushrooms with fresh sauteed spinach and Red Pepper Sauce. I made these for us for Father's Day and they were delish!
Last night we had turkey burgers with sweet potato 'fries'. Also excellent.
These gals use lots of herbs and zing so the food is rich with flavor not fat.
Tonight ... Sesame Peanut Noodles!

I love sweet potato fries! So much more flavor and so much healthier than regular fries.
