I attended a lecture last night about vibrational energy and the mind body connection.
For me the highlight was the following list of different ways to shift into a higher vibration and bring about the state that supports health.
Focus on compassion, joy, laughter or beauty
Breathe deeply and slowing five times
Focus on gratitude and appreciation
Gaze at or hold a crystal. Crystal hold an amazing amount of vibrational energy
Use Essential Oils, they also have vibrational energy
Listen to music that you love
Focus on a photo or picture of someone or something that you love
