Here's to Healthy Grazing!

This is a list in progress. Each round of our AHL calls results in a few more additions to the list. Take a look and use what appeals to you!

Some of these foods are high in calories so you need to eat just enough to satisfy the need to chew or get the taste. Also, several of us find the more we take vitamins (Arbonne Hybrids) the less cravings we have between meals. And don't forget to drink water first - you might just be thirsty. Here are some other food suggestions for fueling your body:
  • Almonds, Walnuts
  • Apples with natural peanut butter/almond butter
  • Arbonne Chews
  • Baby Bell cheeses
  • Baby carrots
  • Cup of Detox Tea or splurge on Chai
  • Dried Fruits
  • Hummus with carrots
  • Parmesan Zucchini Crisps - recipe to be posted separately
  • Protein Bars using Fig8 Chocolate Protein Mix - recipe to be posted separately
  • Fizzy Tab Popsicles – great for summer. Just buy the popsicle trays available at any home store. Blend with fruit!
  • Water or Water with Fizzy Tabs remember sometimes you're actually thirsty not hungry
  • Frozen grapes - yummy in the summer
  • Fresh fruit
  • Greek Yogurt with Honey
  • Hard Boiled Egg
  • Protein, Lunch Meat, Chicken, Fish - cook extra so there will be something in the fridge ready to eat
  • Peppermint sugar free gum - If you chew gum while preparing meals you won't be able to pop food in your mouth!
  • Prepared Veggies ... celery, peppers, mushrooms, carrots, cherry tomatoes
  • Rice cakes
  • Seeds such as Pepitas - roasted and shelled pumpkin seeds
  • Yogurt/small cups of yogurt - sprinkle w/granola if you need something crunchy
